Suzy Burke, PhD, has built her career helping executives and organizations navigate disruption, spark bold thinking, and deliver breakthrough results. As a strategist and co-founder of Accountability Inc., she applies evidence-based precision to the messy art of fueling world-class performance and scaling businesses.

After earning her PhD in organizational psychology from Columbia University, Suzy spent 15 years as a senior executive at a Fortune 20 tech giant, where she led teams to double-digit revenue and profit growth. A 4X founder with a rare fusion of corporate grit and entrepreneurial instinct, she brings a distinctive, battle-tested lens to business transformation. Suzy doesn’t just align people, culture, and strategy—she ignites them.

Suzy earned her Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and was a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) scholar.

She’s trained in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching and studied leadership at Penn State, the Disney Institute, the Center for Creative Leadership, and JUSE (the Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers).
